Pursuit of Hoppiness

Pursuit of Hoppiness by Grand Teton Brewing Company is amber and hazy with a fine frothy head that leaves lots of Brussels lace.  The floral hop aroma is a bit perfumey but not overpowering.  The beer has a nice texture and a round mouthfeel.  There’s a good carmelly malt followup to the dry, bitter hop start.  It’s not too hoppy up front, but the bitterness in the finish reminds you why this American Red Ale bears its name.
