You can tell from the pour that Mutiny IPA is going to be good!  Medium gold with a peachy cast and some healthy carbonation, Mutiny IPA has a slushy white head and lots of gooey lace.  The bouquet is hop forward, but it is not obnoxious, and it’s built on a generous malt foundation.  There’s a little nip of alcohol (6.2% ABV) in there too. The smooth, creamy mouthfeel holds a generous amount of sweetness, and the hoppy element gives the salivary glands a little nudge.  The floral quality of the hops makes the finish quite pleasant, being sharp but not astringent.  A superb IPA from Capital Brewery of Middleton, WI!

94/100 IPA, and don’t believe what you may have read at some of the big beer rating sites!
