Big Sky IPA

Honey-colored with a good head, Big Sky IPA is a beer that is better than its amateurish label might lead you to believe.  I hate artists that only know how to use white to show lighten their palette.  Never mind that, it is easily gotten over once the drinking commences.  It is kind of piney tasting, with a dry and bitter bite and finish.  The caramel present in the bouquet balances out the hoppiness nicely, and a bit of citrus tartness is a welcome addition to the overall experience.  On top of it all, it comes from Missoula, MT, a very cool and inviting city.  70/100 American IPA
